Alston & Bird ranked among the top 24 large companies on the list of “2015 Best Employers in North Carolina” by Business North Carolina. This is the first time the firm and its Charlotte and Research Triangle offices have been recognized in the magazine’s rankings.
The list and rankings are created through a two-part process that includes an employer questionnaire, as well as an employee survey that accounted for 75 percent of the overall score. The companies are ranked on the analysis of both components.
