Jessica Supernaw, senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group, has been honored as a recipient of the New York Legal Aid Society’s 2015 Pro Bono Publico Awards.
Supernaw was recognized for providing outstanding service to the Legal Aid Society and its clients. In particular, she is working closely with Legal Aid on a pending estate matter with the Surrogate’s Court. She has served has the primary liaison with Legal Aid for the estate and has kept the matter moving forward and on track to reach a conclusion.
Every year, the Legal Aid Society recognizes the outstanding work of volunteer lawyers, law firms, corporations and other professionals who participate in the Society’s Pro Bono Program by providing exceptional legal services to low-income New Yorkers.
