Alston & Bird has been named one of North Carolina’s best companies.
The firm ranked No. 7 among the top 20 large companies in Business North Carolina‘s survey of the “2016 Best Employers in North Carolina.”
This is the second consecutive year that Alston & Bird’s Charlotte and Research Triangle offices have been recognized in the magazine’s rankings.
The rankings are created through a two-part process that includes an employer questionnaire, as well as an employee survey that accounts for 75 percent of the overall score. Companies are ranked on the analysis of both components.
Business North Carolina joined with Best Companies Group and the North Carolina State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management to produce the survey, now in its fourth year.
