The firm was ranked No. 12 among large companies in Business North Carolina’s survey of the “2017 Best Employers in North Carolina.”
This marks the third consecutive year that the firm’s Charlotte and Research Triangle offices have been honored as one of the state’s top employers.
The rankings are created through a two-part process that includes an employer questionnaire, as well as an employee survey that accounts for 75 percent of the overall score. Companies are ranked on the analysis of both components.
Business North Carolina joined with Best Companies Group and the North Carolina State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management to produce the survey, now in its fifth year.
