Alston & Bird has been recognized by general counsel as a leader in legal innovation and technology.
As reported by BTI Consulting Group in its latest study — BTI Legal Innovation and Technology Outlook 2019 — Alston & Bird ranks No. 19 among the top 52 firms identified by in-house counsel as “truly leading the pack when it comes to reshaping the legal industry to better serve clients.”
In addition to being singled out as an innovation champion, Alston & Bird was highlighted by general counsel as a leader in four distinct areas of innovation measured by the report: making moves others do not; adopting novel processes or technology; focusing on the client experience at levels far surpassing everyone else; and using technology to improve efficiency and meet specific client needs.
This is BTI’s first-ever study on legal innovation. In compiling the findings, BTI conducted more than 359 interviews with top legal decision makers in the U.S. at companies with $1 billion or more in revenue and spanning more than 15 industries.
