Alston & Bird continues to grow its London presence with the addition of partners Phillip Taylor and Saloni Joshi as the firm further strengthens its transatlantic offering for both contentious and noncontentious finance and corporate matters.

Alston & Bird continues its London office expansion with the hiring of payments lawyer Gupinder Assi as counsel. He joins from Fiserv, one of the world’s largest global payments companies, where he was vice president and head of legal for its Asia-Pacific operations.

Alston & Bird has created an Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Advisory Group to assist boards of directors and managers of public companies in understanding the evolving ESG landscape, including the growing prominence of ESG investing, environmental, and social risk and compliance.
