Alston & Bird has been named one of the top places to work in New York by Fortune magazine, the second consecutive year the firm has been recognized with this honor.
In the publication’s 2020 “Best Workplaces in New York,” the firm ranks No. 18 among the survey’s 40 top-ranked companies.
“We have an exceptional team that makes Alston & Bird a standout in one of the nation’s most competitive marketplaces,” said James Sullivan, partner in charge of the firm’s New York office. “Our people are incredibly talented and passionate, and they serve as our North Star in focusing our energy, excitement, and actions in support of one another and our clients.”
Conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work®, the survey canvassed Alston & Bird’s New York employees across more than 60 areas – including values, leadership, trust, and camaraderie – with 91 percent saying the firm is a great place to work.
The ranking accounted for the experiences of all employees across job levels, tenure, and demographic categories such as age, race, and gender.
This is the most recent recognition earned by Alston & Bird’s New York office. The office has also won best workplace honors from Crain’s New York Business five times in the past seven years.
