In the Great Place to Work 2021 survey of the “Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 16 among the 25 large-company honorees (1,000 employees or more).
The recognition is based on survey feedback from more than 463,000 employees working in the U.S. consulting or professional services industries who were asked to rate their workplace experience. Ninety-six percent of Alston & Bird’s employees said their firm is a great place to work.
The award builds on other recent workplace accolades earned by Alston & Bird in the past year, including being named one of Fortune's “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and achieving a top rating of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 “Corporate Equality Index.”
