Kevin Fink Honored as a “Banking and Finance Visionary” by the Los Angeles Times

Kevin Fink, partner in Alston & Bird’s Finance Group, has been recognized as a banking and finance visionary in Los Angeles in the second annual issue of Banking and Finance Magazine published by the Los Angeles Times.

Featured in the report “Banking and Finance: Trends. Updates. Visionaries.,” Fink was recognized among an elite group of 124 professionals described as becoming “exceedingly important trusted advisors, routinely rising to meet ongoing challenges” and who have “demonstrated successes and accomplishments during the last 24 months as well as leadership in their organizations while impacting change within their communities.” 

Fink represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as commercial banks, hedge funds, finance companies, and other commercial lenders, in various types of secured and unsecured financings, including revolving credit and term credit facilities and senior, subordinate, second lien, mezzanine, and other working capital facilities.

Clients rely on Fink to provide fast-paced analysis and innovative solutions that are favorable to their business. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, media, software, technology, transportation, oil and gas, and aircraft. He participates in deals of all sizes, from lower middle market and middle market deals to billion-dollar capital market transactions. His significant recent transactions include representing Platinum Equity for more than 10 years in connection with financings for various Platinum portfolio companies and investments. He has also represented Variant Equity since its inception in connection with all of its financings for its portfolio companies, as well as in other other significant matters.
