For the third consecutive year, Alston & Bird has been recognized by People magazine as a top U.S. company for supporting their employees and the communities where the firm has offices.
In People’s 2022 survey of the “100 Companies That Care,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 57 overall among “the top U.S. companies that have succeeded in business while also demonstrating outstanding respect, care, and concern for their employees, their communities, and the environment.” Alston & Bird ranks the highest among law firms, and 2022 marks the fifth time in six years that the firm has been recognized on the “100 Companies That Care” list.
These rankings are based on over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million U.S. employees. When surveyed, 90% of the firm’s employees said Alston & Bird is a great place to work compared to the national average of 57%.
This honor is the latest in a series of awards recognizing Alston & Bird’s exceptional workplace culture. Other recent accolades earned by the firm include Fortune’s 2022 “100 Best Companies to Work For®” and Human Rights Campaign’s 2022 “Corporate Equality Index.”
