Alston & Bird has been named one of the country’s top workplaces for consulting and professional services by Great Place to Work – the seventh time in a row the firm has earned this distinction.
In the Great Place to Work 2023 survey of the “Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services,” the firm ranks among the 25 large-company honorees.
The recognition is based on survey feedback from more than 127,000 employees working in the U.S. consulting or professional services industries who were asked to rate their workplace experience. Ninety-three percent of Alston & Bird’s employees said their firm is a great place to work.
The award builds on other recent workplace accolades earned by the firm in the past year, including being named among Fortune's “100 Best Companies to Work For” and being recognized on People magazine’s list of “Companies That Care.”
