The annual list of outstanding workplaces is based entirely on employee feedback collected by Energage, rating employers on such factors as workplace culture, employee development, and innovation. Alston & Bird is noted as “a leading national and international law firm that provides services in a wide variety of fields,” including finance, tax, intellectual property, and health care.
