Alston & Bird has been recognized as one of America’s “Best Workplaces for Parents” for the eighth time since 2016.
The firm ranks No. 21 among the survey’s 100 top companies recognized for creating consistently positive experiences for all working parents. The Great Place to Work survey evaluates the cultures of thousands of organizations, including responses from over 600,000 working parents across job levels, tenures, and demographics.
The recognition is the latest in a series of awards honoring Alston & Bird’s distinctive workplace culture. Other recent accolades include being named among the “100 Best Companies to Work For” for the 26th consecutive year and People magazine’s 2025 “100 Companies That Care.”
