For the second consecutive year, Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Group has been named a finalist in the “Litigation Departments of the Year, Intellectual Property” category in Daily Report’s 2026 Southeastern Legal Awards, after winning the award in 2025.
In addition, two Alston & Bird partners from multiple practice areas have been named to the “On the Rise” class of 2026, which recognizes the region’s top lawyers under the age of 40.

- Andrew Liebler (Georgia), healthcare litigation and investigations partner in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group.
