Inside Mortgage Finance Notes Stephen Ornstein at SFA RMBS Symposium on TRID Grid Updates

Alston & Bird partner Stephen Ornstein was noted in an Inside Mortgage Finance article, "SFA Working on TRID Grid Updates, Waiting on CFPB," for his participation in the Structured Finance Association's RMBS Symposium in Washington, D.C. Stephen discussed the SFA's ongoing work to update its TRID Grid document, which helps industry participants evaluate loan compliance with the CFPB's TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule. He noted that while there are many disagreements among the taskforce, the different perspectives and commentary are "remarkably helpful.”
