For the seventh time since 2016, Alston & Bird has been honored among the top 100 companies on Fortune magazine’s annual survey of America’s “Best Workplaces for Women."
The firm ranks #61 among the 2026 survey’s 100 top companies recognized for creating consistently positive experiences and opportunities for women. Conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work, the survey focused on participants’ workplace experiences compared to men and their daily opportunities for growth and innovation.
The recognition is the latest in a series of awards honoring Alston & Bird’s distinctive workplace culture. Other recent firm accolades include being named among the “100 Best Companies to Work For” for the 27th consecutive year and People magazine’s 2026 “100 Companies That Care.”
