Celeste C. Ahl

• Representing institutional lenders and investment banks in connection with the origination of commercial mortgage loans backed by various asset classes, including retail properties, hotels, multi-family developments, self-storage, and mixed-use projects.

Celeste is a senior attorney with Alston & Bird's Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice on real estate finance and capital markets.

Celeste has additional experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate governance.

Celeste is recognized in the 2021–2026 editions of The Best Lawyers in America^® “Ones to Watch” for her work in Real Estate Law.

She received her J.D., magna cum laude, in 2014 from the University of California, Irvine. In 2011, Celeste graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. and B.S. and as the top graduate in both the School of Business and the Economics Department.
