• Represented a private equity sponsor and portfolio company in a $23.75 million senior secured term loan and revolving credit facility. Simultaneously represented the same sponsor and company in the purchase of an $8.5 million senior secured subordinated note.

Lindsey Arthur is a partner with Alston & Bird's Finance Group. She focuses her practice on the representation of sponsors, corporate borrowers, and lenders in complex debt financings, including term and revolving loan facilities, secured and unsecured notes issuances, asset-based lines of credit, and leveraged acquisitions. The Best Lawyers in America® recognized Lindsey on its “Ones to Watch” list in the area of Banking and Finance Law for 2021–2025.

Lindsey earned her J.D. in 2014 from New York University, where she was a casebook research and writing editor on the Moot Court Board. She received her B.A., cum laude, in 2011 from Duke University.
