Matt Atha focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and cybersecurity and data privacy issues. Before joining the firm, Matt was a law clerk for the Hon. Judith E. Levy of the Eastern District of Michigan and an enterprise software product manager for several companies.
Matt earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University Law School, where he participated in several moot court competitions and served as an articles editor for the Public Interest Law Journal. During law school, he served as an extern for the Hon. Richard G. Stearns of the District of Massachusetts and an intern for the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
