Julia Bahms represents private equity funds, institutional investors, REITs, developers, and family offices in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across various asset classes and types, including office, industrial, multi-family, self-storage and retail properties.

Julia regularly represents clients on large multi-state portfolio transactions and other complex transactions, including those involving reps and warranty insurance (RWI). She is also experienced in development acquisitions, handling the unique considerations those transactions require, including long contract periods, entitlement contingencies, and heightened title scrutiny.
