Lydia Balestra is an associate in the Finance Group on the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. She represents lenders, borrowers, issuers, and originators in the securitization and financing of various asset classes in the structured finance market.
Lydia earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she worked as a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing & Research class and was an articles editor for the Journal of Conflict Resolution. She earned a degree in political science at Boston University. While in school, Lydia interned at the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office and at the NYC Law Department, Appeals Division.
