Beth Boatright is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group, focusing her practice on matters related to executive compensation arrangements as well as litigation over employee benefits and fiduciary matters. Beth also provides guidance on compliance concerns relating to mergers, acquisitions, and other related corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Alston & Bird, Beth served as a law clerk to Judge Frank M. Hull and Chief Judge William H. Pryor Jr. in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Beth earned her J.D. from Georgia State University, summa cum laude, where she served as an associate research editor for the Law Review and received a CALI award for ERISA/Employee Benefits.
