Charlotte Bohn is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Securities Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on securities law violations.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Charlotte worked as an associate in the Atlanta office of an international law firm. Charlotte received her J.D. in 2017 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review. While in law school, Charlotte served as a law clerk and then a summer associate for two firms. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Clemson University, where she majored in political science.
