Brooke Bolender is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Brooke earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and received Faculty Awards for the highest grade in Evidence, Constitutional Analysis, and Federal Courts, as well as a Dean’s Award for the second highest grade in Remedies. She served as senior articles editor of the UC Irvine Law Review, as well as a certified student law representative with the school’s Domestic Violence Clinic, representing domestic violence survivors in various family, immigration, and criminal law matters. She was also a legal extern in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office for their juvenile justice division.
