Christopher Borchert is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. He focuses his practice on high-stakes commercial and white-collar litigation. Christopher has significant experience representing clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and technology industries. Before joining Alston & Bird, Christopher completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Esther Salas, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Christopher earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut, where he was selected as the student commencement speaker and served on the Connecticut Moot Court Board. While in law school, Christopher published his article, “Reasonable Expectations of Privacy Settings: Social Media and the Stored Communications Act,” in the Duke Law & Technology Review.
Since 2015, Christopher has been an active big brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
