Robin Boucard is counsel in the Finance Group in the New York office. She represents purchasers, sellers, and servicers in connection with the purchase, sale, servicing, and financing of mortgage and other financial assets, including forward and reverse mortgage loans and government-insured mortgage loans.
Robin has experience representing issuers, underwriters, sellers, and servicers in public and private offerings of mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities transactions.
