Tom Budzyn focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. He has represented clients in federal courts in cases involving claims brought under civil RICO, state consumer protection acts, public nuisance, and various state tort and contract theories.

Before joining the firm, Tom served as a judicial intern for Hon. Susan C. Rodriguez of the Western District of North Carolina. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, Tom worked on the Wake Forest Law Review.
