Tomasz Budzyn focuses his practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Tom joins the firm after serving as a summer associate where he worked closely with the litigation and trial practice team.
Before joining the firm, Tom served as a judicial intern to Hon. Susan C. Rodriguez with the Western District of North Carolina. Tom also leverages legal research experience with a private law firm where he worked closely with attorneys on litigation and enforcement related matters. He worked on a range of complex matters, including patent and trademark law.
During law school, Tom worked on the Wake Forest Law Review. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in economics and politics and international affairs from Wake Forest University.
