Sam Burdick is an associate with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation issues in a variety of industries.
Before joining the firm Sam worked with an international practice where she was an attentive pro bono advocate and represented clients in state and federal courts.
While earning her J.D., with honors, from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Sam served as the associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. She received a B.S., cum laude, in psychology with a minor in sociology from Santa Clara University.
