Lauren Burton is a senior associate in the Investment Funds Group. She focuses her practice on private investment funds, advising clients on fund formation, primary and secondary transactions, co-investments, and fund restructurings across a wide variety of strategies such as buyout, venture, hedge, emerging markets, infrastructure, and secondaries. She has also advised clients on a number of private equity-related corporate matters, global growth capital transactions, and fund financing mandates.
