Erica Cagliero focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Erica completed a judicial clerkship with the Hon. J. Michael Ryan of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Erica graduated, cum laude, from Boston College Law School. While earning her J.D., she was a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review, participated in several moot court competitions, and served as a Constitutional law teaching assistant. Additionally, Erica was a student attorney in Boston College’s Compassionate Release and Parole Clinic, where she represented incarcerated clients in high-stakes hearings, honing her skills in persuasive writing and oral advocacy. Erica was honored as a Public Interest Designation Fellow for her coursework and dedication to pro bono while in law school.
Erica earned her B.A. in international relations and political science, with a minor in public policy, from Carleton College.
