William Carpenter

Bill Carpenter provides strategic insight on the regulatory and compliance issues confronting residential and commercial mortgage lenders, consumer finance companies, loan servicers, and investors. He counsels clients on a range of financial services laws, including licensing and reporting requirements that impact loan origination, servicing, brokering, asset sale transactions, and alternative financing structures. Bill also assists clients with matters involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the federal housing finance authorities, and state consumer financial services regulators.
