Brandon Carter represents REITs and real estate funds in matters related to their formation, public securities offerings, and private placements of debt and equity securities. Brandon regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters and ongoing securities law compliance.

Before joining the firm, Brandon practiced law at a global law firm, where he focused on representing public and private companies in corporate transactions and securities matters.
