Katherine Chandrasena focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance transactions representing lenders and servicers in originating and servicing complex real estate transactions. Katherine represents construction, bridge, conduit, CMBS, and CRE CLO lenders and servicers as they navigate deals from initial diligence to final disposition.
Katherine received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she served as executive notes & comments editor for the Mississippi Law Journal. She received a B.A. in English, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
