With over a decade of trial experience in New York state courts, federal district courts, and the International Trade Commission (ITC), Jennifer Cieluch focuses her practice on patent and trade secret litigation. She has successfully managed ITC investigations, handled expert witness examinations, and conducted depositions in recent litigation . Using her background in bioengineering, Jennifer represents a variety of companies through all stages of litigation including those related to technology, software, and pharmaceuticals. Jennifer also has extensive stand-up experience, including oral argument before the Federal Circuit.
Jennifer has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® for her appellate practice and patent litigation, and she has been recognized as a top performing ITC lawyer by Patexia. She is frequently invited to present on patent litigation topics at national and local conferences, including as a guest lecturer on the International Trade Commission at Duke University School of Law. Jennifer also focuses her pro bono practice to assist veterans, given her background growing up in a military family, and domestic violence victims in family court. Jennifer was a former law intern for the Hon. Richard Linn of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
