Valerie Clark focuses her practice on structured finance transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, forward flow loan purchases, and other asset-backed transactions. She has extensive experience in the securitization and finance of various asset classes, with a primary focus on consumer loans and fintech, in addition to solar and home efficiency improvement loans, auto retail and floorplan receivables, student loans, commercial mortgage loans, and aircraft and equipment loans.
Valerie has also represented financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and private credit providers in transactions including secured term loan and revolving credit facilities and Rule 144A/ Regulation S senior and subordinated debt offerings.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Valerie was structured finance counsel in the New York office of an Am Law 100 firm.
