Gillian H. Clow is an associate with the Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Gillian focuses her practice on complex litigation. She has experience in the life insurance and financial services industries and cases involving claims of breach of contract, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, and violations of Business & Professionals Code Section 17200 and other tort claims.
Gillian’s practice also encompasses advertising, marketing online reputation management, and intellectual property representing retailers, manufacturers, and entertainment and production companies. Gillian also focuses on preparing clients for compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Gillian received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Gillian served as an extern for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She was also an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review and a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team.
