Olivia Corn focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation matters, with experience in multiple areas of law including national security law and white collar, commercial, and trust and estates litigation.

Olivia was previously a student assistant U.S. attorney at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and a student assistant district attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. At the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, she served as one of five members on the historic prosecution of Sheikh Abdullah el-Faisal, the first-ever New York State terrorism trial based on counterterrorism laws passed after 9/11.

Olivia received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, graduating Order of the Coif. She was also awarded the Jacob Burns Medal for unusual achievement in a variety of academic and professional activities, including her time as the editor of the Moot Court Honor Society and Morelli Mock Trial Honor Society.  Olivia earned her B.A., with distinction in all subjects, from Cornell University.
