Briana Costa is a senior associate on the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. She focuses on structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securitizations, warehouse transactions, and secured debt facilities. Briana also has experience representing alternative asset management firms and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, fund financings, and acquisition financings. She was named to The Best Lawyers in America© “Ones to Watch” list and the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list.
Before practicing law, Briana’s background included work at two prominent New York-based environmental engineering due diligence and consulting firms.
Briana earned her J.D., magna cum laude, at the Pace University School of Law, where she served as the articles group editor on the Pace Environmental Law Review and worked in the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic. She received her bachelor of science in environmental engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
