Chandler Culwell focuses her practice on structured finance transactions. She represents domestic and international financial institutions, including investment banks and commercial finance companies, as well as issuers, borrowers, and originators, across a wide spectrum of asset classes, including various types of consumer loans, in all aspects of complex financings, including specialty and repo transactions, warehouse facilities, and forward-flow arrangements.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Chandler was a structured credit associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where she helped run deal processes in connection with warehouse and other asset-based financing transactions, including liaising with clients and deal counterparties and leading cross-border teams for foreign-based collateral issues. Chandler has also worked as a finance and corporate associate representing private equity funds, portfolio companies, private and public corporate clients, and lenders in a variety of transactions, and in corporate governance, M&A, securities, and restructuring.
