Ali Darvish is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Investment Funds Group. He represents private and registered funds in a range of transactional and regulatory matters, including fund formation and securities regulation.
Before joining the firm, Ali taught English language classes in Japan and worked in Germany with the International Supporting Association for War Victims. During law school, Ali served as the managing editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law and director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.
