- Defended a multinational telecommunications company and its suppliers in a patent litigation dispute in the Eastern District of Texas, which resulted in a jury trial and a complete defense verdict. The plaintiff asked for damages of approximately $300 million, and the jury found our clients did not infringe the patents-at-issue and therefore had $0 liability. General Access Solutions, Ltd. v. - Defended Nokia of America Corp. against allegations that its router products infringed four patents owned by Smart Path Communications. An Eastern District of Texas jury cleared Nokia of all claims. Smart Path Connections LLC v. Nokia Corporation et al., No. 2:22-cv-00296 (E.D. Tex.).
- Defended a series of lawsuits brought by plaintiff Cobblestone Wireless, which accused the three major U.S. wireless telecommunications carriers of infringement of patents related to wireless telecommunication systems resource allocation. Secured a favorable settlement on behalf of all clients. Cobblestone Wireless, LLC v. T-Mobile USA, Inc. et al., No. 2:22-cv-00477, -00474, -00478 (E.D. Tex.).
- Represented a multinational networking and telecommunications company in a patent litigation dispute at the International Trade Commission involving 5G antenna design. Certain Cellular Base Station Communication Equipment, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, 337-TA-1302 (ITC).
- Represented Nokia of America Corporation in an inter partes review proceeding before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. No. IPR2021-00533 (PTAB).
