Karla Doe is a seasoned litigator representing clients in high-stakes litigation and government investigations across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, and transportation. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of complex litigation, from early strategic planning through trial and appeal.
Karla brings notable courtroom experience to her clients, having the rare opportunity to litigate a major trial or hearing every year since the beginning of her legal career. She has independently briefed dispositive motions, led strategy and execution for written and third-party discovery, and taken and prepared witnesses for depositions. Karla has also drafted pretrial evidentiary motions, presented and cross-examined witnesses at final hearings, and briefed a variety of post-trial and appellate issues.
Beyond litigation, Karla is active in the antitrust bar. She serves as a Young Lawyer Representative for the ABA Antitrust Section’s Trial Practice Committee and is a member of the Diversity Advance group, reflecting her commitment to both professional excellence and inclusion in the legal field.
