Ethan Dorestin focuses his practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Ethan was a summer law clerk with an international law firm, where he worked closely with the corporate team on a range of complex matters. He also gained experience as a summer legal intern with a financial services company, where he worked on regulatory compliance and transactional documentation.
Ethan earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. During law school, he was symposium editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, chief justice of the Board of Advocates, and a teaching assistant for property law. He was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy.
