• Represented major financial institutions as trustees, administrative agents, and collateral agents in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions, from deal origination through ongoing administration and into defaulted situations.
• Represented major financial institutions on public offerings and privately placed corporate debt issuances, high-yield bond issuances, syndicated loan transactions, and cross-border financings.
• Represented major financial institutions on project finance matters, leasing transactions, collateral agencies, and escrow and depositary relationships.

Matt Dow represents major financial institutions in their trust and agency capacities in a variety of financial transactions, including high-yield debt transactions, loan agency, asset-backed securities, project finance, structured debt financings, and other corporate debt issuances.

Matt’s professional experience includes working as vice president and senior counsel for a global investment management firm, and as in-house counsel for a leading aerospace and defense company. Before his law career, Matt served as a U.S. Army Ranger.
