Philip Ducker is counsel in Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group. Philip focuses his practice on litigation, strategic counseling, technology licensing, and advising clients on intellectual property acquisitions and divestitures. He has litigated disputes involving patents, trade secrets, and trademarks in cases spanning technological fields such as computer science, electronics, mobile devices, and medical devices.
Philip has represented clients in intellectual property disputes in numerous district courts, the International Trade Commission, and before the Federal Circuit.
