Eric Dunbar represents REITs and other alternative investment products in matters related to their formation, public securities offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, ongoing securities law compliance, and corporate governance.
Before joining the firm, Eric practiced law at a global law firm, where he focused on representing public and private companies in corporate transactions and securities matters.
Eric received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Law & Business Review. He received his B.A. in history, magna cum laude, from Baylor University.
