- Representing clients in the U.S. and the UK regarding compliance with the EU and UK Securitisation Regulations, including risk retention and Article 7 reporting.
- Representing clients on a variety of ABS transactions across various asset classes, including car loans, credit cards, company loans, and timeshares.
- Representing third-party agents, includingagents, security trustees, servicers, and special servicers in relation to their appointments in the UK, United States, and Europe.
- Representing asset managers in negotiating credit facilities and intercreditor arrangements across Europe.
- Representing clients in restructuring debt and capital market positions throughout the UK and continental Europe.
- Representing clients on loan defaults and restructuring of loan positions, including standstill and enforcement, throughout the UK and continental Europe.
