Lea M. Elston is an associate in the Finance Group on the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. She represents lenders, borrowers, issuers, and originators with the purchase, sale, and warehousing of a wide range of asset classes, including residential and multifamily mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and single-family rentals.
Lea received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was president of the Fashion Law Society, associate editor for the Dispute Resolution Society, and on the staff of the Environmental Law Review. Before attending law school, Lea worked in flagship retail management for two different multinationals and one large family-owned standalone. Lea received her B.A. from New York University in politics with minors in French and comparative literature.
