Tyler Espy is a member of Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Patent Prosecution Group. Tyler previously worked as a software developer for an international, cloud-based construction software company. He has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as contesting administrative proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Tyler received his J.D. from Emory University after receiving a B.S. in software engineering from Auburn University.
