- Secured a full defense verdict after representing a health care company in a multiday arbitration hearing.
- Represented a health care services company in a multiweek arbitration hearing and successfully defended the arbitration award during multiple rounds of appeals.

Jury Consulting Experience
- Provided trial support services to a client who needed experienced trial counsel to lend expertise to its previously hired outside counsel in the lead-up to trial by assisting with mock trial exercises and providing detailed case strategies based on feedback from mock jurors.
- Provided jury consulting services to multiple Fortune 500 companies by preparing jury selection questionnaires, leading jury selection, advising on strikes, and observing trial to advise on overall trial strategy.
- Joined multiple trial teams to assist with mock trials and mock arbitrations to provide advice on trial themes and theories that resonate with jurors and arbitrators and to provide statistical analysis of information gathered during the mock trials.
- Led an in-house mock trial exercise to assist Alston & Bird’s Privacy & Cybersecurity Litigation Group in preparing for multiple types of trials.
Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Experience
- Led multiple successful trial teams in prosecuting cases in the Northern District of Texas arising under the Hague Convention, resulting in the safe return of children abducted by one parent and brought across borders.
- Argued and prevailed before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on behalf of a Hague Convention applicant challenging the denial of his petition for the return of his child to her country of habitual residence.
- Prevailed in opposing an emergency motion for stay at the U.S. Supreme Court that would have delayed the return of a child to her home country in a case arising under the Hague Convention.
- Prevailed in opposing a petition for certiorari at the U.S. Supreme Court related to the proper standard of review for an affirmative defense arising under the Hague Convention, resulting in a complete victory for the client.
